Spa treatment is a continuation of hospital or ambulatory treatment which aims to rehabilitate and treat chronic diseases and preventive treatment with the use inter alia natural medical resources.
Referral for a spa treatment is made by a health insurance doctor taking into consideration current state of health of a patient with regard to indications and contraindications and influence spa treatment on a patient's health state.
A doctor or a patient themselves sends a referral to National Health Fund - Regional Branch in the closed envelope with an inscription: REFERRAL FOR A SPA TREATMENT (in the lower right corner of the envelope)
28 day rehabilitation in a spa hospital does not include accommodation in a single room.
The Słowacki resort has contracts with National Health Fund in range in terms of SPA TREATMENT:
- SPA TREATMENT 21 days
- SPA REHABILITATION IN THE SPA HOSPITAL 28 DAYS
⦁ The resort SŁOWACKI does not book rooms for referrals and does not provide accommodation in double room for married couples referred to the sanitarium.
⦁ Stays in stationary conditions start at 2 p.m. of the first day and lasts till 12 p.m. of the last day.
⦁ 28 day rehabilitation in a spa hospital does not include accommodation in single room.
